Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Jaddle account and personal data at any time, either from within the app or by request below.
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open the Jaddle app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This takes effect immediately and does not require contacting support.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account (or include the phone number you signed up with) and we'll verify and delete it for you.

When your account is deleted:
- Your login credentials (email/password or phone number) are permanently deleted and can no longer be used to sign in.
- Your profile information — username, name, email, phone number, bio, and photo — is permanently erased.
What's retained
Debates and polls you created or took part in are not deleted, so the surrounding conversation stays intact for other participants. Instead, your identity on that content is replaced with "Anonymous." This content is no longer associated with you in any way once your account is deleted.
